Kane Partners is searching for a Controller Assistant for a general contracting company in the Greater Philadelphia area. We are searching for an experienced detailed Controller Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Assist in reconciling bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and subsidiary ledgers.

- Track actual financial performance against budgets and report on variances.

- Help monitor daily cash flow and cash balances to ensure adequate liquidity.

- Strong communication skills (written and oral) across all levels of the organization.

- Assist in reviewing expenses to ensure compliance with company policies.

- Must have experience in the Construction and/or HVAC services industry.



This is a full-time Controller Assistant position with the opportunity to make significant contributions to the future success of the company. Knowledge of basic HVAC terminology and systems is a big plus
