Job Description:
Full-time Administrative Assistant
Local accounting firm seeks a highly motivated experienced
administrative professional to provide support of daily operations.
The position is responsible for providing support to the
Administrative Manager as well as the CPAs, Accountants and
Bookkeepers as needed. Starting at $45,000/ year. Please send

Duties include but not limited to:- Handling multi-line phone,
Direct calls accordingly- Filing, Faxing, Scanning, Copying-
Greeting and assisting clients upon arrival- Contacting and
answering emails- Creating and maintaining office files-Processing
documents and tax returns
Ideal candidate possesses the following:- Exceptional interpersonal
skills, friendly and outgoing- Highly organized- Detail oriented-
Excellent time management-Ability to multi-task- Ability to work
under pressure- Exceptional verbal and written communication
skills- Eager and willingness to learn- Ability to take direction
and constructive criticism with ease- Skilled at problem and
conflict resolution- Discretion with sensitive information- Handle
a fast paced work environment during tax season-Work independently
with minimal supervision
Minimum Qualifications:- 1 year of administrative experience- High
school diploma- Basic computer programs such as Outlook, Microsoft
Office- Tax experience a plus but not mandatory

Additional Information:-4 day work week outside of tax season-5 day
work week with shortened Fridays during tax season-Ability to work
extra hours as needed
