IT Architecture Director will be responsible to removing expense
from the implementation team by developing apps, and working with
product on the enhancement of the product so the technical staff
and trainers can go faster.-- --What you will be doing:---
Influences the shaping of future products by contributing to the
architecture used across multiple products or systems.--- Works
with senior stakeholders in the Business, Product, Technology, and
Operations functions to design end-to-end solutions for strategic
business initiatives.--- Identifies and allocates architecture
resources to drive architectural decisions at an initiative/epic
level to advance the IT roadmap, including the assessment of new
technologies and technical debt that best fit business / project
needs--- Adheres to the solution architecture delivery process and
standards.--- Ensures solution architecture meets appropriate FIS
policies and standards.--- Defines required business capabilities
and aligns them with business operating models, technical
platforms, technical integrations and underlying infrastructure.---
Identifies solution design options (e.g., Build / Buy / Partner)
and analyses their strengths and weaknesses in order to present a
recommendation with rationale.--- Works on complex issues where
analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of
variable factors.--- Exercises judgment in selecting methods,
techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.---
Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.---
Collaborates closely with multiple parties from across FIS, its
partners and clients.What you will need:Extensive experience
directing IT Architecture in an enterprise global environment.Added
bonus if you have:--- Experience operating in an agile environment,
using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)--- Facilitation of
workshops involving cross-functional stakeholders--- Financial
modelling and understanding of IT Finance--- Team Management
skills--- Ability to visualise complex issues--- Ability to speak
and present to large groups of people--- Fluency in most IT
business architecture areas including business process design and
governance.--- General understanding of Enterprise Architecture
frameworks (e.g.-- TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)--- Deep expertise across
technology domains (Applications, Data, Infrastructure, Operations
and Security)--- Skill in organization, communications,
coordination, analytical and people skills--- Skill in leading,
supervising and managing effectively under pressure--- Ability to
be comfortable interacting with executive level FIS stakeholder
and/or clients--- Ability to maintain positive working relationship
with FIS stakeholder and/or client--- Ability to manage multiple
initiatives, activities and problem areas--- Ability to delegate
projects to qualified subordinates as appropriate--- Ability to
lead, direct and manage effectively--- Ability to operate
independently--- Ability to exhibit solid decision-making and
analytic/creative problem solving skills--- Ability to communicate

Competitive salary and benefitsFIS is committed to providing its
employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive
compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is
$171,910.00 - $288,820.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum
target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted
role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual
starting pay is determined additional factors, including
job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual
starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific
salary range for your preferred location during the hiring
