Melvin Weaver & Sons is seeking a full-time Creative Director to advise and execute the overall creative vision and strategy for all marketing and branding initiatives. The Creative Director is responsible for creating and managing a wide range of visual assets, including print collateral, social media content, product packaging, and logos. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to shape and maintain a consistent, clear, and creative brand identity across all platforms. As a collaborative professional, the Creative Director will work closely with the leadership and sales teams to ensure that all creative output aligns with business objectives. The successful candidate will bring a passion for design, strong organizational skills, and the drive to see projects through from concept to completion.

Creative Director Position Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in a creative role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative strategy, graphic design, and campaign development
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Community involvement is strongly preferred
