Registered Nurse (RN) - Employee Health An RN in Employee Health focuses on workplace health and safety for all staff members in a healthcare organization. This role involves occupational health screenings, immunizations, and injury prevention. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-employment health screenings, immunization programs, and ongoing employee health assessments.
• Investigate workplace injuries or exposures and coordinate appropriate follow-up care.
• Develop and implement policies to promote staff well-being and prevent workplace hazards.
• Maintain confidential health records for employees in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify trends and reduce occupational risks. Work Environment:
