For more information, visit our .The Role in Brief:Associate Strategic AnalystThe Strategic Analysis team focuses on optimizing partner campaigns and creating impactful reporting and presentations for our partner services and sales teams. The role involves analyzing campaign results and market factors to assess program effectiveness, providing strategic marketing recommendations to maximize ROI.Associate Strategic Analysts work within one of three teams:

• Enroll360: Uses top enrollment solutions to help colleges expand reach and engage students.
• Adult Learner Recruitment: Combines strategic support with lead generation and targeted marketing campaigns to meet enrollment goals.
• Advancement: Delivers personalized donor experiences, increases giving, and enhances staff productivity.This position is available in Richmond, VA, or Washington, D.C., with team placement based on business needs.Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop marketing strategies with partner services, offering customized campaign recommendations.
  • Provide data-driven audience selection advice for marketing campaigns.
  • Support account teams with analytics and monitoring, identifying improvement and upsell opportunities.
  • Communicate campaign performance results and develop comprehensive presentations demonstrating value and ROI.
  • Create reports and dashboards using data visualization tools.
  • Participate as a thought leader in internal meetings.
  • Understand the higher education landscape and best practices in marketing and EAB's products, applying a data-driven approach to meet institutional goals.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, economics, business).
    • Ability to think analytically and conceptually.
    • Experience creating presentations and communicating insights to influence decisions.
    • Experience conducting analyses across various mediums.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong deductive reasoning skills.
    • Experience with Excel for analysis.Preferred Qualifications:
      • Background in marketing analysis or higher education.
      • Experience in direct marketing environments.
